The International Test Center Network (ITCN) was established in 2012 as collaboration between Technology Centre Mongstad (TCM), in Norway, and the National Carbon Capture Center, in the United States. Here Frank Morton , Consulting Engineer for Southern Company Services, talks to Greenhouse Gases Science and Technology about the ITCN's vision, how it believes that global collaboration is the best way to take the development of carbon capture and storage (CCS) technology forward, and what its plans are for the future.
