The present paper deals with the descriptions of two new terrestrial species of Oedogonium L INK ( Oedogonium angensis sp. nova and Oedogonium dasii sp. nova) collected from moist soil of Munger, Bihar, India. The former species is macrandrous and monoecious, whereas the latter species is macrandrous and dioecious.
