The present communication deals with decription and systematic enumeration of three nannandrous species of Oedogonium. These are: Oe. concatenatum (HASS.) WITTR, emend. HIRN var. seruensis GAUTH,‐LIÈV., Oe. donnellii WOLLE var. donnellii , and Oe. wolleanum WITTR. var. wolleanum f. wolleanum. Of these two species, Oe. concatenatum var. seruensis , and Oe. donnellii var. donnellii are new to India, and all three taxa are new records for Bihar.
