Phenolic compounds in the taxonomy of Ipomoea L. (Convolvulaceae)

Phenolic compounds have been analysed in thirteen taxa of Ipomoea . In all forty one compounds have been detected of which eleven are identified and thirty unidentified. The distribution of these compounds on different taxa is found usefull for taxonomic considerations.
