Morphological data were gathered from herbarium and living specimens representing 22 taxa of Cruciferae in Egypt. Specimens were scored for 16 vegetative, one inflorescence, 18 floral, 18 fruit and eight seed characters. The data were analysed using cluster analysis and the results used in reclassification of the studied taxa.
