The blade of the species C. laciniatum J. MURR emend. D. has in the second third of its length ‐ as a rule on both sides ‐ a conspicuous tooth. The plants having this character grow from seeds of C. lanceolatum X ( album X pseudostriatum ) (2 n = 36,54). On the Bohemian‐Moravian Highlands there was collected C. diversifolium ( AELLEN ). D. whose pollen grains sizes have a normal distribution (in comparison with the lectotype) 2 n = 54. C. diversifolium ( AELLEN ). D. participates in the formation of the genotype of the hybridogenous species C. subficifolium ( J. MURR ) D.
