Sixty one comparative attributes were investigated for thirty seven OTU's of the tribe Brassiceae in Egypt. The investigated taxa are categorized in eight groups: Brassica, Enarthrocaprus, Erucaria, Rapistrum, Carrichtera, Zilla, Savignya and Moricandia. The subtribes Brassicinae, Cakilinae, Zillinae and Savigninae appeared that they are monophyletic, while each of Raphaninae, Vellinae and Moricandiinae is polyphyletic.
