The present paper is dealing with the phytogeographical analysis of the flora of Pinus halepensis forests in Kassandra peninsula (Chalkidiki). The results of this analysis showed a high participation of the mediterranean elements, a fact that confirms the classification of Pinus halepensis forests of the peninsula in the mediterranean floristic zone.
