The following paper is mainly devoted to a synopsis of the group of species of Schomburgkia § Schomburgkia which the author terms the “Undulata Alliance”, A new species of this alliance, S. schlechterana H. G. Jones, is described; and a short note on S. crispa Lindl. and S. marginata Lindl., both of the “Crispa Alliance”, is also included.
