The new genus Diplopilosa D VOŘÁK gen. nov. differs from the genus Hesperis L . by the following characters: by the shape of the calyx; by the shape of the sepals; by the size and shape of the petals; by the shape of the nectaires (probably); by the shape of the stigma; by an accumbent radicle; by the anatomical structure of the pod partition. The genus Diplopilosa differs from the genus Arabis L ., to which it should rather belongs according to its habit, by the following characters: by the quality of the indumentum; by the shape of the filament of the longer stamens; by the shape of the stigma; by the anatomical structure of the pod partition. Hesperis flava K OTSCHY et B OISS . ex B OISS . is classified into the new taxon Diplopilosa flava (K OTSCHY et B OISS . ex B OISS .) D VOŘÁK comb. nov.
