Jiajia Xue and co‐workers present an overview of the construction of bioactive nerve guidance conduits integrated with topographical cues, biological effectors, and cellular components to repair peripheral nerve injury. The implementation of appropriate interventions especially non‐invasively external stimuli, such as light, electric field, magnetic field, and ultrasound, can further enhance the efficacy of the conduits for nerve repair.
