Hydrogel microspheres are emerging materials that have applications in a variety of fields. In article 20210036, Wenguo Cui and co‐workers reviewed the progress of microfluidic technology in the preparation of hydrogel microspheres. The authors presented the fabrication methods of microfluidic devices and their applications in manufacturing single‐component and composite structured hydrogel microspheres.
