Abstract This chapter shares insights derived from one practitioner's continuing journey toward excellence in mainstreaming culturally responsive evaluation processes, practices, and products. Evaluation's intrinsic value as a self‐diagnostic resource for critical and creative reflection, empowered self‐improvement, and strategic image management is spotlighted.
