The 13‐year average bedload yield of Allt a'Mhuillin is estimated from accumulations in boulder traps to be about 261 km −2 yr −1 . This represents a minimum estimate of the highest average bedload yields likely to be generated from natural British catchments of the order of 10 km 2 in area.
