Chen and his co‐workers report a simple and effective strategy to transform nanocellulose directly into a hyper‐crosslinked framework with abundant welded junctions. The backbone structure is applied to the anode of lithium‐ion batteries, demonstrating excellent cycling stability as well as high rate performance.
