An advanced analytical model which computes air pollution concentrations in complex terrain is presented. Model performances are evaluated using wind tunnel measurements of pollutant concentrations from an elevated source in the presence of a rough hill and a neutrally stable flow and are compared with that of COMPLEX I, the Gaussian model proposed by the US Environmental Protection Agency.
