To extend the flight endurance of a small sized fixed wing electrical unmanned aerial vehicles; 200 W polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell stack, on‐board hydrogen generator from sodium borohydride, hybrid power management unit and embedded control system are developed and tested. It is proven that fuel cell‐based propulsion system is able to double the cruise time. More details can be found in article number 2000879 by Betül Erdör Türk and co‐workers.
