A disconnect. That's what was occurring for adult and transfer students from the time they were admitted to Carlow University until classes started. “When  I was promoted from University Registrar to Assistant Provost and supervisor of the Student Hub — which includes the Registrar's Office, financial aid, and student accounts, I noticed that the coordinator of advising position that was in place to work with this incoming population of students wasn't meeting their needs,” said Jason Krall, Assistant Provost for Online and Academic Operations. “Sure the position helped faculty advisors with advising‐related matters, but what I was seeing was a true gap in these students getting off to a strong start when it came to onboarding.”
