When kids are three or four, everything in their life is a celebration, said Joel Zeff, President of Joel Zeff Creative and author of Make the Right Choice: Creating a Positive, Innovative, and Productive Work Life . He was a keynote speaker at the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers annual conference. Celebrating children's “ta‐da” moments fuels their confidence and interest in taking risk, he added.
