When Boyd Bradshaw arrived at Indiana University‐Purdue University Indianapolis in 2016 as Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management and Chief Enrollment Officer, his unit had recently transitioned from an enrollment services to an enrollment management focus. His goal was to take a more data‐driven approach with collaboration between admissions, the registrar, and financial aid. An integrated approach to collecting and using data supports students throughout the student life cycle, he said.
