ATLANTA — In 2018, San Diego State University had the number‐one six‐year graduation rate for actual versus predictive graduation rates, which was determined by comparing the university's actual graduation rate to the rate analysts would expect, given such factors as financial resources, admissions data, proportion of economically disadvantaged students, social mobility, and STEM orientation. The actual number of students who graduate from SDSU over the course of six years is more than 75 percent.
