The most rewarding part of David D. Page's job is attending commencement. As vice president for enrollment management at Dillard University in Louisiana, Page gets a front‐row seat as young people, many of them the first in their families to go to college, graduate. It's a joy to watch them celebrate their academic accomplishments.
