Sarah Andrew, adult education program director for the University of Alaska Fairbanks at Bristol Bay, is a lifelong Alaskan. Andrew grew up in rural Alaska with parents who were teachers, inspiring her own love of education. “I knew that I wanted to be in education from an early age, but I also knew that I wanted to stay in the area [where] I'd grown up,” Andrew said.
