Many of you, like me, have read articles predicting uncertainty and instability for higher education following the election of President Donald Trump. No one can, or should, predict what will unfold in the United States in the weeks and months ahead. There are simply too many unknowns with regard to the political, economic, and social fallout of the election. To be fair, we know almost nothing about specific education positions articulated by President Trump, and I cannot recall reading any of his policies with regard to international education.
