Gregg Mazzola recruits traditional‐aged undergraduate students for a small, pretty campus in New England. That statement probably conjures ideas about what his challenges must be and how he addresses them. But as vice president of enrollment management and marketing for the University College at Southern New Hampshire University, he can tap into resources beyond those available to enrollment managers at many small colleges. And like many others recruiting traditional‐aged students, he uses the resources at hand to encourage students to visit campus.
