DOI: 10.1002/elps.202000312 The cover picture shows the difference in DNA methylation measurement levels calculated from the relative fluorescence unit values generated using three different types of genetic analyzers and the resulting difference in DNA methylation age. The methylation measurement values in the five age‐associated CpG markers of the ELOVL2, FHL2, KLF14, MIR20B2C, and TRIM59 genes decrease in the order 3130, 3500, and SeqStudio Genetic Analyzer. Here, we suggest a method to adjust DNA methylation values obtained from one genetic analyzer to apply them to an existing age prediction model constructed using other genetic analyzers.
