DOI: 10.1002/elps.202000109 The front cover picture shows a single‐stranded DNA molecule moving electrokinetically through a nanochannel (100 × 100 nm, width × depth) made from the plastic poly(methylmetharcylate), PMMA, and detected using laser‐induced fluorescence. The separation, which is scale‐dependent, is based on a combination of electrophoresis and chromatography – open tubular nano‐electrochromatography (OTNEC). Baseline resolution for three model DNAs of different lengths was achieved in < 1 s using a column length of 60 μm.
