DOI: 10.1002/elps.201900025 The cover picture shows the cutaway section of a solid state nanopore with a vesicle in the process of translocation. Electric field lines converge at the nanopore creating a highly magnified region which physically deforms soft vesicles as they pass through due to electrophoresis. Current measurements inside the nanopore with and without vesicles are shown in the bottom‐right while variation in the amplitude of current with changing vesicle shape is shown in the top‐right corner.
