DOI: 10.1002/elps.201800476 The cover picture shows how the deformation of nanosized liposome was measured using an automated recapturing platform. The red part of the graph is the current trace while the red liposome translocates through the nanopore from the cis to the trans side with low voltage by electrophoresis. The consecutive blue current trace is the recapturing event when the same liposome particle is automatically recaptured from the trans to the cis side with higher voltage. The stiffness of the liposome could be measured by the ratio of each relative current drop, which equation is presented on the image.
