Reusing Cellogel strips after visualization of electrophoretically separated isozymes

A simple procedure which allows reusing electrophoresed and stained Cellogel strips is described. The method is based on washing with H 2 O and absolute methanol and allows reusing the strips two or three times, thus considerably reducing the costs.
