Serum proteins of exposed to methoxyethylacetate and a combination fo methoxyethylacetate and isobutylacetate, were analyzed horizontal high resolution two‐dimensional gel electrophoresis with immobilized pH gradienets in the first dimension. A total of 410 polypeptide were detected with either increasing or decreasing spot intensities after rat exposure to organic solvents.
