The derivative adsorption chronopotentiometric characteristic of the Cu II complex with adenine, adenosine and adenosine monophosphate (AMP) is discussed. The optimum experimental conditions and the linear ranges were studied. The detection limits of adenine, adenosine and AMP were 2.2 × 10 −9 , 4.5 × 10 −8 and 4.6 × 10 −8 mol/L, respectively.
