A rapid voltammetric method for the simultaneous determination of hypoxanthine, xanthine, and uric acid has been developed at pyrolytic graphite electrode (PGE). The limit of detection is 10 μM and the response is linear up to 0.5 mM. The relative standard deviation was 0.57, 0.59, and 0.62% for hypoxanthine, xanthine, and uric acid, respectively.
