The voltammetric behavior of semiconductor grade germanium telluride was studied by ac and differential pulse polarography. The electrochemical behavior and analytical procedures for the simultaneous estimation of germanium and tellurium in germanium telluride are discussed. The kinetic parameters of the electrode process are evaluated.
