A flow‐injection procedure involving the glucose oxidase‐catalyzed oxidation of glucose and direct am‐perometric determination of ascorbic acid was developed for simultaneous determination of the two compounds. Experimental conditions of measurement, including the sample volume, flow rate, and delay coil length, were optimized to obtain satisfactory resolution for the two flow‐injection peaks. The principle of analytical interpretation of the obtained signal is presented, and the applicability of the determination of glucose and ascorbic acid in fresh fruit juices samples is illustrated.
