Ajzen and Fishbein 's attitudes model was applied to the prediction of voting in the Autonomous Basque Parliament Elections held on the 30th November 1986. On the whole, the model's predictive power was acceptable. Nevertheless, the model's predictive power was found to improve considerably when past experience was taken into account.
