The Cover Feature shows macrocyclization between N ‐hetero‐ ortho ‐phenylene hexamers ( N ‐oP 6 s) and para ‐phenylenediamines through a funnel. Before the reaction, both left‐ and right‐handed helices of N ‐oP 6 s existed due to dynamic nature of the helices. As the reaction proceeds, the diamine selects N ‐oP 6 s with the same‐handedness to make entropically favorable [2+2] macrocycles. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Y. Tokoro, T.
