The Front Cover shows the Iguaçu cascades in Brazil, that illustrate the reaction cascade consisting of nitrile hydration, nitro‐reduction, imine formation, and cyclization which takes place when glucose is employed as a mild reductant in alkaline aqueous medium for the synthesis of 2,3‐dihydroquinazolin‐4(1 H )‐ones. The different intermediates are placed along the path of the falling water. More information can be found in the Communication by G. C. Clososki, T. Opatz et al.
