The efficient synthesis of diverse 3‐alkylthiochromone species through radical‐triggered cyclization of methylthio‐substituted alkynones is reported. This metal‐free protocol is compatible with a wide variety of radical donors under mild conditions, thus enabling the synthesis of various 3‐alkylthiochromones.
