The Front Cover shows the wonderful structure of Pd(II) – thiacalix[4]arene complex, which, by coincidence, turned out to be very similar to the Wedding Palace of Kazan, Russia. Obtained amphiphilic N‐heterocyclic carbene complexes on thiacalix[4]arene platform were found to be active catalysts in Suzuki–Miyaura coupling and hydrogenation made in water (or water‐organic) media. When changing from pure organic media to water the obtained complexes demonstrated mixed micellar and metallocomplex catalytic effect. More information can be found in the Full Paper by V. A.
