The Front Cover shows the enantiotops selective nitrenoido complex C–H insertion. Various chiral nitrenoido complexes can convert C–H bonds to the desired C–N bonds in an enantioselective manner via stepwise, asynchronous concerted mechanism, or C–H activation. In the last three decades, this type of transformation has attracted much attentions and strongly developed by introducing transition metal catalysts, enzyme, and nitrene sources. We reviewed the recent development in this field. More information can be found in the Minireview by H. Hayashi and T. Uchida.
