The Cover Feature shows the key step, a visible‐light‐mediated dearomatization of benzene, that was used as a key step in the synthesis of pancratistatins. Specifically, arenophile‐mediated carboamination resulted in selective dearomative difunctionalization of a single double bond and enabled expedient preparation of highly functionalized aminocyclitol. This empowering transformation is one of many highlighted dearomatizations that utilize visible‐light photochemistry to break aromaticity.
