Fluoro‐organic compounds feature prominently in functional materials and in the pharmaceutical and agrochemical industries. Herein, we report a visible light‐induced atom transfer radical addition of perfluoroalkyl iodide to alkenes/alkynes in the presence of aldehydes and amines. The metal‐free process requires mild reaction conditions and enables iodoperfluoroalkylation. The reaction proceeds via the cooperative action of an enamine and amine.
