The Front Cover shows a schematic overview of the novel solid phase‐supported synthesis of analogues of muraymycin antibiotics. As a metaphor, puzzle pieces are used to illustrate the modularity of the approach. Solid phase peptide synthesis of the muraymycin peptide unit is carried out manually (in a syringe), furnishing a peptide aldehyde. The nucleoside puzzle piece evolves from a round bottom flask, illustrating its preparation in solution. Both parts are connected to complete the muraymycin scaffold, which can then be studied in an alanine scan (as symbolized by the eye). More information can be found in the Full Paper by C.
