The Front Cover shows the general method to synthesize an oxo‐dehydrorotenoid core from an isofalvone‐2‐carboxylic acid by the direct lactonization reaction, which was applied to the first total synthesis of all four oxo‐dehydrorotenoid natural products. The Siamese fighting fish, Thailand's national aquatic animal, are a metaphorical representation of these natural products. They exhibit the same unique color pattern of the Thai flag, but their appearance and shading are different, likewise the oxo‐dehydrorotenoid natural products possess the same core structure, but different substituents.
