The Front Cover shows a schematic impression of the developed Michael reaction of aldehydes and dicyanoalkenes. The reaction is represented as a gardening process, to emphasize the connection of organocatalysis and green chemistry. The starting materials coexisting in the reaction mixture are shown in a flower pot, while the organocatalyst is represented as a cloud, the main source of water for the seed. The Michael adduct is depicted as a shoot, which can be later transformed into other useful chiral compounds, illustrated as different kinds of flowers. Communication by Y. Hayashi et al.
