The Front Cover shows the enhancement of the fluorescence response of O ‐alkylated BINOL‐based aldehydes 3 and 4 toward 1,3‐diaminopropane (DAP), a biologically significant diamine. Greatly enhanced fluorescence in the presence of DAP is only observed when the hydroxyl group ortho to the aldehyde is alkylated. More information can be found in the Full Paper by Q. Wang et al.
