The Front Cover shows the regioselective 1,3‐dipolar cycloadditions of different substituted alkynes and diazomethane. 130 years after Buchner's first report on the cycloadditions of ethyl diazoacetate and 60 years after the first investigations of diazoalkane cycloadditions to strained systems, a joint experimental and computational analysis now provides an explanation for the different regioselectivities observed in these reactions. More information can be found in the Full Paper by M. Breugst, R. Huisgen, and H.‐U. Reissig . Also see the ChemViews Magazine interview with the authors .
