The first palladium‐catalyzed allylic alkynylation reaction of allylic acetates with terminal alkynes has been realized. By empolying AgOTf as a cooperative catalyst, 1,4‐enynes were synthesized in up to 98 % yield under mild conditions. Moreover, the possible asymmetric version of this allylic alkynylation reaction was demonstrated.
