The palladium‐catalyzed highly regioselective vinylation of imidazopyridines through a cross‐dehydrogenative coupling reaction was developed. The reaction proceeds with the aid of molecular oxygen as the sole oxidant. A series of branched α‐vinylated products were obtained with high efficiency.
